Holiday rentals with a patio in Tyros

Kurt’s Bella Vista is truly a lovely place. Located in a peaceful and quiet area, it's just a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Leonidio and all the grocery shops. The apartment is very well-equipped, and despite its size, it offers plenty of space for all your climbing equipment. It also features a beautiful small courtyard with a garden, perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner, surrounded by colorful flowers and offering a view of the Leonidio climbing walls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place! :-)

This is a very good place to stay in. Everything is close and you can sit in the garden after a day on the beautiful island Spetses. We loved it here….

Apparently impeccable and all the equipment new. 2 nights to visit the surroundings were perfect. Really central, small village with everything you need. The host is very responsive and provides information on beaches and restaurants Reasonable price. Thank you for this stop

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic, close to everything I needed, and the area is peaceful and pleasant. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any questions or requests. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again in the futue.

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

The view is wonderful, the area is peaceful. WiFi is superb for my work. Ideally situated between Hermioni and Porto Cheli. So many beaches within easy reach. The apartment was well equipped and clean and tastefully decorated. A perfect place to come to rest and recharge. The hosts are lovely, friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly go back.

The place was extremely clean and taken care of. We had a blast! Highly recommended for 3 families with kids.

Niki's place was a simple yet very comfortable little home. Very welcoming on arrival. Good bed and bedding, extremely nice shower, and a washing machine turned out useful too. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen had just about what we needed for cooking a meal, but do bring own oil etc. They did supply provisions for making coffee and tea. The area is extremely peaceful and lovely and quiet in the night.

The house was very thoughtful, new furniture, and electronics. Dimitris is a host who is interested in offering quality hosting services, very responsive to communication. The neighborhood is very quiet but in 2 minutes walk you are in the commercial alleys. The yard of the house will enchant you!

The mother of the host was very nice. We tried to find a restaurant,but we never found a parking place. The town is very busy, so eat before you go there or bring food.

This is a top notch place, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our climbing trip to Kyparissi. Mr Stavros is an extremely helpful and pleasant host. We look forward to coming back next year!

We thought it was a very pleasant stay! We felt very comfortable. It is a quiet location, but everything is within walking distance (the beach and the taverns). We found it (with our boys aged 5 and 8) to be a big advantage that the garden is incredibly spacious (frequently played hide-and-seek;)). Everything is nice and tidy inside. Especially the contact with Gina was great! She is a very warm host and made us feel very welcome. Many thanks!

Words cannot begin to describe what an amazing time we had. Argyris is an outstanding person and his Airbnb has everything. He was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond with recommendations, helping us with logistics, and making it a special time for our entire family. We came as a family for a wedding and the apartment had everything we could need, including treats on arrival. Our son was extremely happy and the outside area was a major plus for us. We can’t wait to come back and have left a piece of our heart on the island!

The apartment itself left me speechless — the level of cleanliness is truly exceptional and something you rarely come across. Everything was spotless, organized, and exactly as pictured (if not better!). The surroundings are stunning, with a peaceful vibe and a private beach just steps away — it really doesn’t get better than that. What you see is exactly what you get, and more. Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!

We had a wonderful five-day stay in the apartment, which was fully equipped and very comfortable. The balcony was a highlight — perfect for breakfasts and relaxing evenings. Everything was in excellent condition, and the thoughtful Easter touch made us feel truly welcome.

We had a wonderful stay in Nafplio and the studio. It was well equipped and outstandingly clean . It was an easy walk from the town centre and everything thing we wanted to see was reachable either on foot or by the very affordable public transport. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, the stupendous views and watching the world on the waterfront and car park below. Thank you for our stay.
