Earth house holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

My family and I stayed at Andrea’s house for four nights. This is one of those hidden gems that makes you truly happy when you find it. Located in a beautiful, quiet little fishing village, the house sits right by the stunning, clear sea. The peace, the view, waking up every morning with a cappuccino at the local coffee spot, the lady from the supermarket, the wedding couples getting photographed at the harbor every day, the evening beer at the same coffee place, the fish market where you can get fresh fish daily — it’s all pure joy. I’d love to come back for a week of doing absolutely nothing and just enjoying it all. The house is a lovely and cozy place. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen could use a little extra love (cleaning), but that is easily outweighed by the authentic and pure feeling you get in beautiful Pozzillo. Thank you, Andrea, for your hospitality!

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

A small oasis in the countryside. A little remote, but you can reach shopping within 15 minutes by car and Porto Vecchio in 20 minutes. The pool is small but nice. The garden offers a beautiful view and plenty of space to relax or even play table tennis. The cottage itself has air conditioning in the living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need and more! Bathroom was great and also the beds very comfortable. In the storage room you will find a parasol or charcoal for the grill outside. Claude and Delphine are extremely friendly and totally uncomplicated. We felt at home. All in all a very successful Airbnb which I can highly recommend :)

Fantastic place to feel connected to nature! We really recommend to have no plans there and just do nothing, swim in a pool, hike, get some sun. You won't regret it! Communication with the host was top notch! Jeff has a good English and is chatty. The house is built in a sustainable way which amazingly inspiring.

Fabrizio was the most attentive host. He picked us up from the port with a big smiley face and made our arrival in Ponza super exciting! The villa is built into a cave and its surroundings are astonishing. We had a really peaceful and relaxing break. A 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to other parts of the island. All of the locals are so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and quiet place to stay, perfect for families. The pool was great, the house large enough for 4 adults + toddler, everything very clean, very well equipped kitchen. The pizzeria in the village is very good, the other larger places are a bit far away. All in all, a beautiful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in Damien's home. It is in a beautiful setting and a short walk into the town but very peaceful. The house is very comfortable with everything you need. This unique cliff house is full of character and has artistic detail in every room. Damien gave us great recommendations for restaurants, vineyards and local walks. Cotignac has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. There are also some good walks of varying difficulty from there and it is also a good base for exploring the area.

Quiet villa away from neighbors. Beautiful setting with great views of the Maures Mountains. We will not forget the very nice pool with beautiful sunsets! Very well equipped house both inside and outside at least 3 terraces with many seating. We couldn't find any outdated equipment as we could see on some review and our 12-year-old son was able to have fun for 15 days with a ping pong table available. Very friendly, reachable and responsive hosts. We were able to get back into the house a few hours earlier thanks to them and we thank them for it. Anyway… we had a wonderful stay.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We had a fantastic stay at villa arenada for a few nights. The villa is absolutely stunning, a very luxurious place with more than everything you could need. The villa has the benefit of the resort (concierge service and daily room cleaning) we were able to order dinner to the via from the hotel restaurant which was a great addition. Edoardo was so helpful and always at the end of the phone, helping us sort out dinner etc. The villa is located a short drive from the resort in a private road with other villas although felt very secluded and private. There is a small town nearby (Pula) which had supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend.

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very nice accommodation, and beautiful outside perfect for reunions with family and friends. With the added bonus of a breathtaking view!!! Beautiful pool and beautiful stone. Excellent experience at the Maria Luisa location. Precise, extensive and useful suggestions for outdoor activities and suggestions for neighboring businesses. Overall, we will give 10, but we lower it by 1 point, "only 9", because of the many areas adjacent to the farmhouse, some were not accessible due to very high vegetation (see children's playground near the hot tub) or lawn in front of the farmhouse. Cut, yes, but not English-style green as shown in some photographs. Overall, we recommend and highly recommend this location, surrounded by greenery, lush fauna and total silence. Definitely to be repeated. Thank you

We travelled to Valeria’s stay for Easter weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. Valeria was immensely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed, the place was clean well equipped and garden very well groomed. The outside area was beautiful and provides a lovely spot to witness the sun set on evenings. Highly recommended and thank you!

First of all, I would like to thank Oscar for his warm welcome. It is a place of amazing beauty and full of peace. The rooms, the colours, the overall atmosphere, the authenticity - everything made my heart happy. Oscar lives nearby, but we felt like we were the only residents. In fact, it is the pictures that do not convey the true beauty of the villa. You will definitely be satisfied and happy if you choose to stay here. I rarely write reviews about places I visit. We have been coming to Pennabilli for many years for the festival and not but this time it beat all the others. Luca's house has something special: the exteriors, the furnishings, the location... All enhanced to the maximum by Luca who welcomes with kindness and preparation (the house is equipped with anything that can be useful from the text to the essentials for cooking). We really experienced days of relaxation and happiness as a family and we hope to return soon!!!

Mirko was a great host and his place is amazing. The location is amazing and has all grocery stores (one right outside) and restaurants nearby. There is public transport right outside which takes you to the city center. Kids play areas nearby as well. Now coming to the villa- a huge garden and a trampoline and hammock to enjoy the outdoors. The inside has this old rustic charm that is an amazing experience. A parking right inside is a cherry on the top. Mirko was kind enough to leave a welcome gift as well. The communication was great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and if you have kids they will surely enjoy this place. Totally worth it!

The location of the home is beautiful, the view of the castle of Badia a Passignano and the vineyards. The kids enjoyed the yard, there are animals. The house has its own patio with table, barbecue, beautiful nature. The position is also great for visiting Florence, San Gimignano Siena, Pisa. I recommend for visits better to visit small places nearby than going to Florence or Pisa. Bianca and Alice were always available and available on Whats up. Even the pool was open even though it couldn't really get warm in the sun. Great for a family vacation. Thanks again for your hospitality.
