Franco is the hardest working man in all of Italy! he will not stop from sunrise till well after sunset in order to serve you. Franco works for MSC cruise line and clearly understands customer service. HE DOES EVERYTHING HIMSELF. He has a couple of folks helping him but for the most part, he is a one man show. The property is lovely and his hospitality is top notch. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING FRANCO!

Great location right near the sea. Plenty of restaurants, shops and markets within walking distance.

I want to give a big shout out to Loredana! She is super friendly and helpful with everything we needed! Even though we only stay for one night here, we enjoyed the place so much! Great food at the restaurant and breakfast, great spa, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the beach. I will definitely go back next time I go to Potenza Picena.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Bassano Romano! The property itself is stunning — every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and the amenities were absolutely top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast prepared by Serenela each morning. Her kindness and attention to detail made every meal feel special — it was the perfect way to start the day. The spa was also exceptional — peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. This place is truly a gem, and I’m already dreaming about my next visit. This hotel was one of the best hotels that we have ever been in. It was not big, but very exclusive. The room was clean, modern, well equipped. The outside environment was designed for people who enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday, surrounded by nicely maintained trees and flowers. The pool and the bar around it was definitely the highlight. One can spend a whole there enjoying the sunshine, the breeze and the wonderful drinks and food. The service from the hotel staff was excellent. Every single personnel was friendly and professional. The restaurant prepared exclusively Italian cuisine in the best quality. Breakfast as well. We were both very happy and satisfied with the threenight stay. Very comfortable room in a very nice setting, Maria and her staff are very welcoming and friendly, we dine in their restaurant, gourmet, and refined cuisine that awakened our taste buds. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel with very nice pool, thank you Maria.

A structure immersed in the Tuscan countryside, in the middle of the vineyards, where you can breathe the scents of sea and nature. A medieval village brought back to life with respect without sacrificing elegance and comfort. Very well-kept and very clean common spaces. Comfortable and comfortable apartment, clean and equipped. Friendliness, availability and accuracy at the reception. A 5-star vacation to forget stress, wear and tear of everyday life (social networks and internet connection included).

The stay at this resort was spontaneously booked by us and was surprisingly the highlight of our Italy vacation. The resort was so luxurious, quiet and relaxed that we didn't want to leave. The staff was very friendly and caring without exception. The room was just as fantastic as the good food and the sparkling clean pool. We can fully recommend this resort! Five stars absolutely deserved!

Beautiful night in this beautiful little studio Suite! Individual homes are beautiful! The pool area is superb and pleasant. The accommodation was Perfect, bright, pleasant, the bed was great. Only downside… not having booked for one or two more nights!!😍 Loved it!!! It was PERFECT!

slightly expensive accommodation but worth it . The decor is nice, the private jacuzzi very very nice, the pool is cocooning we can eat on site . The staff is lovely. Close to Ajaccio and beaches . I highly recommend. Only negative point no kitchen or hob as written in description .

very good weekend spent in the Petite Villa ,a very pleasant host a very nice, well-equipped, spacious house, the little plus of the private jacuzzi with a pretty view of the Ajaccio golf course, a very quiet place we had a lovely time Thanks

Beautiful Villa and pool

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Matteo is amazing ( in fact all the staff are ) and the attentive to detail is simply exquisite making it a very unique experience . We felt so welcomed that we extended our stay longer than planned and will definitely be back!!
