Villa holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

We were there with 3 adults and two children (3 and 1 years) and it is really perfect. We were able to check in earlier after consultation with Federica (2 pm) and found everything as described. The olive grove with an outdoor kitchen behind the house is an absolute dream. You can't decide where you want to eat because there are so many places. The kitchen is equipped with the important things. You can't expect too much from the robot vacuum cleaner, it often gets lost and doesn't take everything with it. This is not a problem, you can run it for additional cleanliness, that's enough. Top washing machine. Federica was always available and helped us with various topics. The east side there is a quiet area, not very touristy. Beautiful beaches, few people. If you want to see a lot, you have to expect longer travel times. There is no public transport, only accessible by car.

A house that feels like a home. The house is beautiful, has a warm interior with beautiful furniture, and kitchen with everything you could want. The very large surrounding gardens are very private with lots of biodiversity and there are so many activities. The surrounding villages have many super markets and the restaurants serve authentic food. We would love to come back

The stay was perfect! Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth. The villa is in a fantastic location with breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. There were six of us staying (including two children), and everyone absolutely loved it. While the indoor space isn’t very large, it was more than enough for us. The outdoor area is truly amazing, plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!:)

Villa Lina was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The house was clean, had new and comfortable bedding, had plenty of space for our family, and the view was outstanding. The place is very private, high up on the hill, but with the instructions from our host we had no trouble finding it, even in the dark. The driveway is about 1/4 mile, steep, with parts of it gravel, and has several sharp turns, but we made it no problem with the small jeep we rented (without 4WD). Just take it slow. It is about a 15 minute drive back down to the town center of Lucca and the train station and 10 minutes to a grocery store. The back roads are very narrow until you get to a main road so use caution and we were lucky enough that others backed up for us when we met on the narrow spots. The view and seclusion were well worth the drive up for us. If you want an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, but also a short drive to a neat town and a train station, Villa Lina is a great choice!

Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

The two of us spent two weeks in this beautiful house of Sanne and Floris. For two people the house is perfect! It is modern, clean and very nicely and thoughtfully furnished. The beds and shower are also great. The cabinet space is generous. We used and enjoyed the large, secluded terrace with a wonderful view and the small pool. We went on many excursions and were always happy to return to our beautiful temporary home. Sanne and Floris are all around great caring hosts and you can feel that they love their house. Great! 10/10. We look forward to the next stay.

A beautiful home - thank you for allowing us to stay. Very clean and modern with a good security system. Driveway is steep but manageable and so worth it to get to the view. The bedrooms are comfortable and AC is good. Two fridges are great. Loved the lounges around the pool. Both Maud and Laura were excellent at answering questions, plus Laura helped us out at short notice with any issues, and got us great tables at 2 nearby restaurants. We loved the peaceful environment and beaches around Les Issambres and it was a great base for visiting Saint Tropez by boat, and Saint Raphael by car or bus, as well as other Cote D'Azur beaches and villages.

perfect for a quite stay, away from crowds, traffic and clutter. The house and the surroundings are like out of movie, the views are one of the best i’ve ever seen. Take advantage of the coal oven outside surrounded by what i presumed were olive trees. Would go again and again. Orosei is a quite pretty town. Laura will have plenty of activity/resto recs

The communication with Marine and the welcome from Virginie were remarkable. Marine had sent us all the necessary documents before the stay and always responded quickly and efficiently. Upon our arrival, Virginie's reception was very friendly, pleasant and her explanations complete. Throughout the stay Virginie was available and extremely kind. I highly recommend his grocery store in the village of Piana (Castellani). The products are excellent (cold cuts, cheese, condiments, etc.). And what can I say about the Villa and its magical location. A breathtaking view of the gulf and a magnificent infinity pool gave a unique setting to this stay. The house is carefully decorated and very tasteful. Everything in this villa is conducive to well-being. Thank you both for this timeless moment.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa , the place is Beautiful ,the location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is Indeed breathtaking overlooking the ocean . There is delightful private área for sunbathing . Everything we needed was avalible from the convenience of a washer to a fully assortment of dishes etc . This property is fantástic, highly recommended ! 5 start also for Jason , he was over our expectations . Thank you for making aour holiday the best one ! Will come Back next year for sure .

Incredible property with a breath taking view over Florence. Hard to put into words how perfect the property is but the best part of the whole experience was the hospitality Marco, Stefania Grinza Carota and Filippo! The best hosts imaginable made us feel so at home, welcome and a part of the family. Now we want to move to Florence

The vacation home and the superbly landscaped and well-kept garden blew us away from the first moment. The best thing is of course the indescribable view, but the holiday home is also perfect. The kitchen is very practical and everything you need for cooking on vacation is available. You should go shopping beforehand and also bring drinking water. Swimming in the pool with the view is magnificent. And if you get up very early, you will experience an unforgettable sunrise. Actually, we wanted to explore the area a bit, but then we preferred to relax and unwind in the garden. Alexandra greeted us on arrival and she was warm and super likeable. It was a blessing to speak a few words in German again after a round trip through Sicily. Best regards to you and Alex. Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

Beautiful soundproofing of the premises. Separately, you need to highlight the magnificent design of the entire villa: author's paintings in all rooms, stylish furniture, vases, dishes, other interior details that deliver an incredible aesthetic pleasure. We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Authentic Tuscan countryside experience, with amazing views and excellent facilities. Well located if you want to explore all that Tuscany has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The views and sunset is stunning. The village is small and seemed very authentic. It was kept very clean and well looked after. There are 3 restaurants in the village and we had a lovely meal at all of them. The shop in the village is small but well stocked. It isn’t open Sundays or Wednesday evenings so that is useful to know if that is when you were arriving and need some provisions. The shop doesn’t sell fruit or veg but we did see a car in the square a couple of times selling these items. We didn’t have a car and managed fine. There are 4 minibuses a day into Cefalu which cost €1.90, they were always very prompt. They didn’t run in the evenings when we were there. We got a taxi to Cefalu a couple of times for €20. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again. Antonio and Marco are very friendly and helpful.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

What a lovely place to stay and just unwind. It was our home away from home with views to die for.
