Villa holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (3 und 1 Jahre) dort und es ist wirklich perfekt. Wir konnten früher nach Absprache mit Federica einchecken (14 Uhr) und fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Ein absoluter Traum ist der Olivenhain mit Außenküche hinter dem Haus. Man kann sich gar nicht entscheiden wo man essen möchte, weil es so viele Orte gibt. Die Küche ist mit den wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Vom Staubsaugerroboter darf nicht zu viel erwartet werden, er verirrt sich häufig und nimmt nicht alles mit. Das ist kein Problem, man kann ihn zur zusätzlichen Sauberkeit laufen lassen, das reicht aus. Top Waschmaschine. Federica war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit verschiedenen Themen geholfen. Die Ostseite dort ist eine ruhige Gegend, nicht sehr touristisch. Schöne Strände, wenig Leute. Wenn man viel sehen möchte, muss man mit längeren Fahrtzeiten rechnen. ÖPNV gibt es nicht, nur mit Auto erreichbar.

A house that feels like a home. The house is beautiful, has a warm interior with beautiful furniture, and kitchen with everything you could want. The very large surrounding gardens are very private with lots of biodiversity and there are so many activities. The surrounding villages have many super markets and the restaurants serve authentic food. We would love to come back

The stay was perfect! Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth. The villa is in a fantastic location with breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. There were six of us staying (including two children), and everyone absolutely loved it. While the indoor space isn’t very large, it was more than enough for us. The outdoor area is truly amazing, plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!:)

Villa Lina was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The house was clean, had new and comfortable bedding, had plenty of space for our family, and the view was outstanding. The place is very private, high up on the hill, but with the instructions from our host we had no trouble finding it, even in the dark. The driveway is about 1/4 mile, steep, with parts of it gravel, and has several sharp turns, but we made it no problem with the small jeep we rented (without 4WD). Just take it slow. It is about a 15 minute drive back down to the town center of Lucca and the train station and 10 minutes to a grocery store. The back roads are very narrow until you get to a main road so use caution and we were lucky enough that others backed up for us when we met on the narrow spots. The view and seclusion were well worth the drive up for us. If you want an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, but also a short drive to a neat town and a train station, Villa Lina is a great choice!

Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

Wir haben zu zweit zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus von Sanne und Floris verbracht. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus perfekt! Es ist modern, sauber und sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Auch die Betten und Dusche sind super. Der Schrankplatz ist großzügig. Die nicht einsehbare große Terrasse mit herrlichem Weitblick und den kleinen Pool haben wir viel genutzt und genossen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und uns immer wieder gefreut, in unser schönes Zuhause auf Zeit zurückzukehren. Sanne und Floris sind rundum tolle umsorgende Gastgeber und man spürt, dass sie ihr Haus lieben. Großartig! 10/10. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

A beautiful home - thank you for allowing us to stay. Very clean and modern with a good security system. Driveway is steep but manageable and so worth it to get to the view. The bedrooms are comfortable and AC is good. Two fridges are great. Loved the lounges around the pool. Both Maud and Laura were excellent at answering questions, plus Laura helped us out at short notice with any issues, and got us great tables at 2 nearby restaurants. We loved the peaceful environment and beaches around Les Issambres and it was a great base for visiting Saint Tropez by boat, and Saint Raphael by car or bus, as well as other Cote D'Azur beaches and villages.

perfect for a quite stay, away from crowds, traffic and clutter. The house and the surroundings are like out of movie, the views are one of the best i’ve ever seen. Take advantage of the coal oven outside surrounded by what i presumed were olive trees. Would go again and again. Orosei is a quite pretty town. Laura will have plenty of activity/resto recs

Emplacement et vue exceptionnels. Très belle maison, agréable avec des vues de toutes les pièces. Décoration très réussie, style maison de campagne qui mélange avec succès les touches style Sarah Lavoine et objets authentiques chinés pour apporter du caractère à la maison. Conciergerie «  un zeste de Corse »avec Virginie extrêmement amicale et réactive à qui on peut commander petit déjeuners, repas, apéro tous les jours qui a une épicerie à 5 mn à village à qui on peut acheter l’essentiel des fruits et légumes huile d’olive etc si vous n êtes pas des grands cuisiniers mais il y a aussi un marché U à 3 mn avec une grande cuisine très fonctionnelle dans la maison si vous êtes plus portés cuisine. Bref une très belle expérience au calme avec une vue exceptionnelle dans une charmante maison de vacances et un accueil très agréable.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa , the place is Beautiful ,the location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is Indeed breathtaking overlooking the ocean . There is delightful private área for sunbathing . Everything we needed was avalible from the convenience of a washer to a fully assortment of dishes etc . This property is fantástic, highly recommended ! 5 start also for Jason , he was over our expectations . Thank you for making aour holiday the best one ! Will come Back next year for sure .

Incredible property with a breath taking view over Florence. Hard to put into words how perfect the property is but the best part of the whole experience was the hospitality Marco, Stefania Grinza Carota and Filippo! The best hosts imaginable made us feel so at home, welcome and a part of the family. Now we want to move to Florence

Das Ferienhaus und der super angelegte und gepflegte Garten hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an umgehauen. Das Beste ist natürlich der unbeschreibliche Blick, aber auch das Ferienhaus ist perfekt. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen im Urlaub benötigt. Man sollte vorher einkaufen gehen und auch Trinkwasser mitbringen. Im Pool schwimmen mit der Aussicht ist grandios. Und wenn man ganz früh aufsteht, erlebt man einen unvergesslichen Sonnenaufgang. Eigentlich wollten wir noch ein bisschen die Gegend erkunden, aber dann haben wir uns lieber im Garten erholt und entspannt. Alexandra hat uns bei der Ankunft begrüßt und sie war herzlich und super sympathisch. Es war eine Wohltat, nach einer Rundreise durch Sizilien wieder mal ein paar Worte auf Deutsch zu sprechen. Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

Прекрасная звукоизоляция помещений. Множество вариантов времяпровождения на вилле: барбекю, бассейн, терраса и незабываемый и потрясающий вид на Палермо, прекрасный в любое время суток! Отдельно нужно выделить великолепный дизайн всей виллы: авторские картины во всех помещениях, стильная мебель, вазы, посуда, другие детали интерьера, доставляющие невероятное эстетическое наслаждение. Здесь есть все , чтобы ощутить себя счастливым жителем Сицилии! Спасибо огромное за предоставленную возможность! Очень хочется вернуться ещё раз!

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time. The place was very clean, views were stunning. Host was attentive and responsive. Care was given to provide many items to ensure we had all the items we needed on our arrival. Extremely thoughtful! We had two young children and were please to have everything we needed for them to lunch on arrival. So many special touches!! We had a hard time leaving, we hope to be back soon! Special thanks to Antonio, we won’t say goodbye but rather arrivederci !

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

What a lovely place to stay and just unwind. It was our home away from home with views to die for.
