Charming house by the lake, Bakkevig Gard Nedstrand

The house is west facing with a view of the lake and only a few meters down to the lake shore. Below the house is a nice, spacious garden and on the upper side lawn up to the road. The house was built around 1970, and has a slightly retro style. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 and there is a new floor in the kitchen/living room and new windows facing south. New roof is under planning. It is possible to rent a boat and kayaks for trips on the fjord in the local area. Otherwise, there are many nice hiking opportunities on foot both in the local area and the district otherwise.

Lots of bird chirping and nature around. Good hiking opportunities on foot. The house has electricity and water. Welcome to our retreat, a place to watch the world go past or a base to enjoy the neighbourhood. Located above a small charismatic beach among the woods and hills of Hinderåvåg. Selhammar is a location that is relatively isolated and accessible down a farm track that wanders about 1 km from the public road system. Explore a choice of forest, beaches and mountains just outside your doorstep. The homestead is slowly being restored from abandonment and basic organic principles are practised.

The apartment is 112 m2 with 3 bedrooms and is fully furnished. Living room and kitchen in one. The apartment is facing south, and has good sun conditions from early morning to late evening! You have a great view of both the lake and Himakånå. You will find many good hiking opportunities both to the mountains and forests, Himakånå is one of the most attractive hiking destinations. The climbing park "Høyt og Lavt", shop, joint transport, fishing and swimming opportunities are also nearby.

Mellom Stavanger og Bergen/Hardanger. 30 min til Haugesund, 1 t 50 min til Odda (Hardanger og Trolltunga). Leies ut for første gang 2026.

Lovely cottage right by the lake in tranquil surroundings. Here you can relax and enjoy the days with lake views and nature outside the doors. Go to the lake to take a swim, jump from the jetty, go for a walk in the woods, pick berries, or relax on the large terrace. On stormy days you can light the fireplace and enjoy watching the lake. There is a fire pit on the terrace and a barbecue available. Short distance to the popular trip to Himkånå, Nedstrand and the locks in Skjoldastrømmen.

Odda og trolltunga er 1 time og 45 min unna i bil. Nedstrand med nydelige fjell, 40 min i bil.

Velkommen til hytta vår i vannkanten der du kan ta trappa fra terassen rett ned til en egen privat badeplass. Helgøy er en del av den populære øygruppa Sjernarøy i Ryfylke. Det er enkelt å komme dit med gratis ferje, eller hurtigbåt fra Stavanger. Nydelig og rolige omgivelser med gode turmuligheter i øygruppa. Sol fra morgen til kveld. Romslig terasse på to sider av hytta. 2 sup-brett og kajakk. Sykkelutleie og sauna på den lokale butikken. Plass til totalt 7 personer.
