The house is west facing with a view to the sea and only a few meters down to the seafront. Below the house is a nice, spacious garden and on the upside lawn up to the road. The house is built around 1970, and is characterized by some retro style. Kitchen is renovated in 2024 and there is a new floor in the kitchen/living room and new windows facing south. New roof is under planning. It is possible to hire a boat and kayaks for trips on the fjord in the community. Otherwise, there are many nice hiking opportunities on foot both in the community and the district otherwise.

100 year old cottage with small-turned windows and beams on the ceiling. But there is also wireless internet, toilet and kitchen from the 2000s. Great view to the fjord. Large garden, 1.5 acres. Lawn for football, badminton etc. 800 meters to walk to well-maintained, public beach (Aksnesstranda). Alternatively, one can drive there. The garden has herbs, flowers, berries and fruit. The bathroom is small. It has a toilet, sink and a primitive hand shower. New wood-burning stove 2025. Rural but only a 16 minute drive to the city's restaurants and sights.
