Welcome to Friese Wergea, located within cycling distance of Leeuwarden, the Alde Feanen National Park, and the water sports village of Grou. Welcome also to our old farmhouse, where part of the former stable has been transformed into a charming B&B. Uniquely decorated with lots of art on the walls and a well-stocked bookcase. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room. Breakfast included.

Villa Rose (on the waterfront)

Stay in one of the most beautiful villas in Friesland. The entire upper floor is at your disposal. Includes bathroom with bath (no bubbles), a living room with luxury sofa and television with Netflix, Videoland and a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The accommodation is sustainable (hardly any gas use) and equipped with air conditioning in the living room + bedrooms. In the winter months, it can be heated. There is a charging station for charging the electric car (cost).

Luxurious water house (100m2) with a large garden offering lots of privacy. On open waters. Shed for bicycles. Parking for 2 cars and space on the side of the houseboat for a boat with a maximum height of 1.7m. use of 4 x1 pers and 1 x 4 pers canoes in consultation. towel packages can be ordered for a fee. The houseboat is quietly located and is therefore not rented out to young people or for student, drinking and bachelor parties. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the houseboat.

"As in Roaske" ("Like a Rose" in Frisian) is a cozy guest house/apartment with private entrance, located in a characteristic street of Burgum. The Waldhûske (built in 1918) where we live ourselves, served as a butcher shop at the time and has a completely renovated guest house at the back. Near the center of Burgum and within walking distance of various eateries and shops in the heart of "De Fryske Wâlden" where water, nature and various cycling and walking routes come together.

A beautiful new detached villa in a beautiful setting with complete privacy. During your stay in this spacious, soothing accommodation, you will forget all your worries. A Jacuzzi, sauna, sunbed and electric box springs ensure that you can relax in a beautiful environment! Everything is just new and equipped with every comfort. As can be seen in the photos, there is a shed behind the house. This will not bother you, there is little to no movement and certainly not at night.

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Check also our w e b s i t e ! The stay is in a rural location, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Your four-legged friend is welcome! 🐾 For the first day, you can order a luxurious DIY breakfast for 25.00 (2 people).

The Bergumermeer is only two kilometers away, where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the waters of Friesland at the Blauwhoek recreation area. Lots of privacy in a natural environment.

Entirely in style you sleep in our charming double bedstee or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood fired hot tub can be booked for €90,- for a weekend and €120 for a (mid)week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting corner, stunning views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. The cottage is next to the nature campsite (only open in summer)

A unique water villa with a very luxurious look. Our water villa is located next to the marina of Warten near the beautiful nature reserve Alde Feanen. A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. Around this area, many cycling routes can be found, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the Arkenpark.
