During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

Cozy and comfortable Our Caravan has been transformed into a colorful paradise. Wonderful beds, a built-in real toilet, a gas stove, a veranda... With a lot of attention and love, we have renovated and furnished the space, so that a pleasant accommodation space has been created. You have the option to book our wellness separately in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. The cost for this is €60.
