Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

In a central but quiet area (the pedestrian area and the ski lifts can be reached on foot in a few minutes, without climbs), cozy apartment for rent, suitable for couples or small families, consisting of a double bedroom, large living room with sofa bed and south-facing balcony, kitchenette and bathroom with tub, shower and bidet. It is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation pleasant. For the car, a free parking space is available in the garage.

Die neu restaurierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bauernhof mit angeschlossenem Künstleratelier (Gregor Prugger) in St.Ulrich im Grödnertal mit wunderbarer, einzigartiger Aussicht auf das Tal. Der Pilathof liegt abgelegen und mitten in der Natur und ist nur mit einem Geländewagen (ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt von St.Ulrich) oder in 40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Shuttleservice steht zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geeignet für Naturliebhaber. Eine Privatsauna steht zu Verfügung.

Very nice apartment (80m²) with balcony in an authentic historical house, situated in a quiet area, just a few steps from the funicular railroad Resciesa (100m) with sledge run of 6km, the famous cable car Seceda (200m) and from the center of Ortisei (400m). Parking is available right by the house, as well as a garden. Arrive, put the car keys away, and be free to go skiing, shopping, enjoy an aperitif, dining, hiking, enjoying your vacations, everything within walking distance.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Completely new and stylishly furnished Alpine Chalet Aurora Dolomites is located in the mountain village of Lajen in a quiet and sunny location. Directly connected to meadows, fields and walking paths, you can enjoy the beautiful natural landscape of the Eisack Valley and the Val Gardena. The Alpine Chalet Aurora is equipped with its own open-air solarium or a large garden terrace, a dining area, some sun loungers and many playground equipment for children.

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time.
