It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt auf einer Halbinsel in einzigartiger Lage - von der eienen Seite nur 100m vom Neuwarper See entfernt, von der anderen Seite nur etwa 80m vom Stettiner Haff. Perfekt für Erholung, Naturgenuss und enspannte Spaziergänge am Wasser. In unserer kleinen Stadt finden Sie zwei Bistros, eine Pizzeria und ein Café. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur etwa 500m von der Wohnung entfernt. Ca. eine Stunde fahrt von uns liegt die schöne Stadt Stettin.

On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).
