It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed linen and bath linen as well as kitchen towels are provided for €20 per person by the cleaning service, can also be brought along. A tourist tax must be paid in addition.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

The three spacious bedrooms are fitted with large double beds (sometimes also separable). The modern bathrooms have floor-level showers and sauna. WiFi is free of charge. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and grill.
