The house is located just above Hafsten's resort where there is the possibility of a swimming pool, shop, ice cream parlor and restaurant with rights.

Ligger i hjerte av Bohuslän med 1 times kjøretur til blant annet Gøteborg, Smøgen, Marstrand.
