Cozy holiday home in seaside Ammenäs on the Bohuslän coast. The house is in an elevated location with a skyline of Uddevalla city and bridge, overlooking the sea. You have both the sea and the forest nearby. On the veranda, you can enjoy delicious dinners overlooking the lush garden and Uddevalla's harbor entrance. Take a walk through the forest to the swimming area, where there is a beach, swimming docks and a floating dock. The archipelago boats stop at Ammenäs jetty. Many nearby excursion destinations. 1 hour drive to Gothenburg.

Stay in a unique environment in central Uddevalla. Enjoy nature in the scenic Herrestadsfjället or take a boat trip to one of Bohuslän's pearls. With us, you will stay in a small cottage from the 1800s, with a large balcony and access to a garden. You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation. With a 5-minute walk to saltwater swimming, family-friendly beaches. Or a visit to the Landbadet with outdoor pools, is a 5-minute walk from the cottage. Or why not make a visit to Emmaus farm that offers playgrounds, pony riding and lots of other animals, it is also free and a 5-minute walk away. Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available. The cottage is about 50 sqm with a new bathroom (the toilet is inside the cottage.) The shower is on the gable of the house.

Välkomna till vår lugna stuga. Sängkläder ingår och det är bäddat när ni kommer. Badlakan till vår varma utedusch ingår också såklart. AC för er bekvämlighet och en insyndsskyddad altan med kvällssol. Trappa ner till vattnet och terassen där finns ett rikt fågelliv och grön natur. Detta är en gård från 1860 som vi vårdar och även kompletterar med solceller och batterlager för naturens skull. Gott om plats för parkering och hela 2000m2 gräsmatta att vistas på 10 min till Uddevalla centrum.

Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten roddbåt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Closer to the sea you will not, the deck is over the water. Here you live in a cottage of 25 m^3. A room with a kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker The restroom has a sink with hot and cold water. The shower is outside with hot water. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The lower bunk is 10 cm wider, with a duvet and pillow. Bring your own sheets. On the patio, there are 4 chairs and a dining table.
