A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

If you want to visit the west coast's pearls, you can reach Kungshamn, Smögen, Grebbestad and Lysekil in less than an hour. The apartment has two patios with sea views and there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. A small soccer field is also just outside.

You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

The cottage is about 50 sqm with a new bathroom (the toilet is inside the cottage.) The shower is on the gable of the house.

Here, you have the opportunity to fish in Gullmarn. Here you live close to nature with several beautiful environments to enjoy, for example, the nature reserve Bokskogen. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Stor romslig terrasse med stor gressplen som innbyr til hyggelige uteaktiviteter både vår og sommer. Hytta ligger usjenert til, men samtidig nært det du måtte trenge og 5 min kjøretur fra Torp Köpcentrum med butikker etc. 12 km til Uddevalla. Ligger i hjerte av Bohuslän med 1 times kjøretur til blant annet Gøteborg, Smøgen, Marstrand.
