De Oude Glasfabriek vindt u in de populaire Nijmeegse wijk “Oost”. Het pand is gelegen aan een rustig pad waar u vooral de vogels hoort. Toch ligt het midden in de wijk. Binnen enkele minuten lopen heeft u ruime keuze aan gezellige cafés en restaurants. Het stadscentrum, de Waalkade, de Ooijpolder of de bossen zijn dichtbij. Architectuur volgens de Bosscheschool. Het verborgen huisje is op korte fietsafstand van Den Bosch en bijv taleninstituut Regina Coeli. De rust, ondanks het treinspoor dichtbij, de tuin, uitzicht op de plas, dit alles maakt dit tot een uniek plekje.
