This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The outdoor area offers you a covered and an uncovered terrace with seating for 4 people. In addition, there is a Finnish barrel sauna, which can be used. In addition, our guests enjoy the beach chair, the two sun loungers, as well as an existing grill.
