Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Stauraum für Ihre Sachen steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Im Außenbereich erwartet Sie ein beheizter Pool von Mai bis September sowie eine Terrasse mit Sitzecke. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Diese ist ein Ort der Ruhe.

Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Leaving the front door, you can take in the views of the Carnin Pilot Tower, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. Wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom, you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather allows you to experience an incredible starry sky.

Pinnow is 5 km from the island of Usedom (25 min by car to the Baltic Sea beach). In the village there is a restaurant, a snack bar and the large swimming lake, which can also be explored with an Anka (rowboat) for rent or also for fishing enthusiasts. The surroundings can be explored in peace on the bike paths. The bungalow has a bedroom with sofa bed, a 2nd bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake.

The studio apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared garden. The property is located just 500 m from a small grocery shop and a bus stop.

The fenced garden and the approx. 40 sqm living area are perfect for individual people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. BBQ together on the stone grill in the evening and eat together on the large semi-roofable terrace, read a book on the Hollywood swing and a sandpit for the youngest ones. The settlement at the Kiessee is located a few minutes from the beautiful and very clean bathing lake.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
