Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

GlückAhoi: South-facing balcony & beach chair

My apartment "Glück Ahoi" is located in a quiet yet central location on the island of Borkum and offers the perfect starting point for island tours, beach excursions and bike tours. Restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. The lovingly furnished apartment offers a bedroom with box spring bed and a cozy living room with open kitchen and access to the south balcony. A private beach chair on the north beach from April 1 - September 30 is included!

B and (B) Op Steendam, the Front House

A stylishly furnished B&B, you stay in the restored front house from 1912. During the renovation, the history and the authentic colors of the early 20th century were taken into account. The B&B has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a small pantry with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom has a bed with 2 pcs. 80×200 cm mattresses and there is a sofa bed for 2 pers. in the sitting room.

Old bakery Rysum - near the North Sea! Building monument!

Monumental bakery in the centre of Rysum: Living in an exceptional atmosphere. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, a shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in gable. Wi-Fi, but shaky! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The way to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, to the end of the road (BEACH UST), park your car and walk north by the water...

Cozy room with bathroom.

This nice room is built in a barn has its own shower and toilet. Ten minutes drive to the Wadden Sea. So no beach but dikes with sheep on it. However, a few sprayed fake beaches and the ferry service to Borkum for the real work. Waking up to cackling chickens under your window. Wood-burning stove warmth, with support of electric stove. The price does not include breakfast. Preferably no employees, unless..... Dogs welcome for a small fee.

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage can accommodate 2 people and offers a lot of privacy. It has a lovely view and all the comforts. Everything you need is available. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is made entirely of wood and has a living area of 30m². Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the peace and the space!
