I really liked everything, a modern apartment with an incredible view of the center of Kiev. Of the disadvantages, only the location near the station, you can hear trains, but with short term rentals, it did not bother much.

The area around is the most reliable nature,clean air, spring water,there is a place to do hiking,quiet and peaceful. The pond is delicious!Bath 👍 with amazing view from the window! Wonderful place with a wonderful host. We were immediately warned about the temporary lack of some amenities, but we loved the photos so much that we still arrived. Lesya is very hospitable, friendly, kind and caring: she met us, showed us everything, told us, helped to feel comfortable, was always in touch, gladly and enthusiastically answered all questions and requests, recommended interesting places to visit and worried about us during anxieties. The house is located on the same plot with Lesin, in the yard is very beautiful: the landscape design is delightful! You have an aesthetic pleasure. The house has everything you need, and if something is missing, the host will be happy to provide you with everything. The inside is very cozy, quiet and calm. There is a basement. Beautiful design carefully and thought out in detail. Separately, I want to note the impeccable cleanliness everywhere that struck me! I thought there was no one in the house before us, so everything was washed and cleaned. Thank you so much Lesya!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The fireplace made for such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the clear instructions for everything in the house made our stay seamless. The linens and towels were spotless, as were the bathroom and kitchen, which was also well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge, surrounded by peace and nature. A short 20min drive to Bukovel and some great restaurants within 10 minutes made exploring the area easy. There’s also a nearby bus stop for convenience, though we didn’t use it. Thank you for hosting us in such a lovely space – we truly appreciated the thoughtful decor and the tranquility of the surroundings.

The apartment is 5 minutes away from the metro. The location is correct. New, warm, clean. There is paid parking nearby, and around the house you can put a place for free. A good alternative to staying in the center. By metro to the stop Maidan Nezalezhnosti 15 min. There are 2 shopping malls nearby.

We stayed in this apartment and were absolutely delighted! The apartment is spacious, cozy and very clean. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is done with care for guests – comfortable furniture, fresh repairs, good appliances. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: from dishes and bed linen to fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location was also pleasant – nearby shops, cafes and a convenient transport interchange. Special thanks to the hostess! Very nice, friendly and hospitable. I was always in touch, helped with any questions, and check-in and check-out went quickly and without problems. Feel free to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay and would love to come back again!
