We had an amazing stay with Anton. The house is amazing and was so peaceful. We will definitely book again next time we are in Ukraine.

The house is super! It turned out to be even better in person than in the photos. The guys left us fruit, snacks, and drinks. We were always in touch. The basketball court is an incredibly cool solution, the downside is that the light is lost, but this is not a problem of the house, but most likely of the Resort. This disadvantage is an exceptionally small inconvenience, which overlaps with views, the responsiveness of the guys and the coolest beach in 5 minutes by car.

Oleksii is a great host. He was very responsive and helpful. The guests enjoyed the stay at his cottage. It was cosy and located in a beautiful area. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for letting my family stay at your cottage.

Yuri is the best host ever! Always there when you need him. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. Elegant and very well designed. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. I would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful house, very cozy and stylish! Special thanks to Yaroslava, who communicated with us, everything was clear and understandable. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with people. As for the house, it is located near a picturesque forest, next to a small waterfall. Perfect location for a cozy and relaxing holiday. The house has everything you need: an equipped kitchen, a table for a large company and most importantly - a fireplace. We will definitely come back here again!

I had an amazing stay ! The place perfectly matches the description and even exceeded my expectations. The interior is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the amenities are top-notch. Although it's located outside the city, the peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery more than made up for it. The host was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, promptly answering all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Luxurious and exceptional stay! The photos match the location and it really is as good as it looks. Great location on a cliff overlooking the water. Beautiful venue. All the facilities on the compound are in great condition. We had a fantastic stay with a group of friends and we were waited on exquisitely! We enjoyed all the amenities, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, boat, electric bicycles and all were great! Iurie, the owner even pulled out a ping pong table and also made it so we could watch the Euro Soccer tournament outside! The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. You won’t need much to be comfortable there. There are a lot of mosquitos do bring protection and build a fire to keep them away! Staff live on the compound, and throughout our stay at a few additional people came and went on the compound unannounced and even other people who stayed the night in a small camper 🤷‍♂️. The AirBnB listing says you have the place to yourself, but we did not. The staff and other people share the same outdoor amenities and the same kitchen. If you are not expecting this, it can be awkward. The rooms are nice and comfortable, air conditioning is in two of the room. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and eager to help. My group was expecting complete privacy so we were caught a little off guard, but nonetheless, they did their absolute best to make us happy and comfortable throughout.

We stayed with a large group, everything was great, a lot of space, a lot of space, well-maintained and neat. Sauna and summer pool are clean. It was pleasant to communicate with the host Yuri. I recommend.

Good for the price

Great place to stay in the bay. Cozy room(everything you need is there). Shared kitchen with all necessary utensils. A small and cozy courtyard with a swimming pool and sun loungers. I liked that it was close to the sea and near the estuary with insanely beautiful sunsets.
