Very good communication, the owner was quick to respond to messages. Beautiful balcony with sea and sunset views. Spacious rooms. Upon arrival, there were some cobwebs and dust, and the place is not directly on the sea as advertised. You have to climb stairs or a fairly sharp descent, but it's quite close. Two very good eateries in the area by the sea. Small peaceful village - peace and quiet!!! - huge plus looking at nearby towns full of people, chaos and traffic! Quiet and starry skies in the evenings. Air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom. Very nice owners. Recommended!

Milan as a host deserves an excellent high rating!!! They were quick to answer any questions, they helped us with everything from check-in to checkout, and provided helpful advice. The panorama and cleanliness of the accommodation were impeccable, the amenities of the accommodation were flawless, we had a great time. What is not the fault of Milan, but the country has a lot of garbage along the roads, the transportation is deplorable, there is something to improve very much. Due to the electricity and water supply, the amenities were not usable, but you can easily overcome this, we managed it, so don't discourage anyone. I think renting a car is essential for the accommodation, Milan's friend is reliable, fair, and provides a car at a good price! Ducted water is not recommended, you can buy water everywhere at a good price, even for tea, kv, soup!!! The neighborhood is rich in beautiful attractions, only transportation is deplorable, so you need to be prepared.

Perfect getaway! Quiet, peaceful and extremely relaxing! Loved every second and will definitely be visiting again ☺️

We had a great stay at Elma’s flat. We could easily walk into the centre of Ulcinj in the evenings and drove out to Velika Plaza for kitesurfing during the day. The views from the balcony were awesome! Flat was clean and Elma was very helpful during the stay. We had a great time and would come again!

First of all, I would like to thank Constanze for this wonderful experience. It was helpful in any case. In fact, we couldn't go to the grocery store because it was rainy on the first day, and she shared her food with us, and she brought us their own jackets because we didn't bring a jacket while we were coming. He also provided us with some really great information at the point of us exploring the city. Thanks to Constanze, our holiday experience was much better than we expected, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Finally, the house was exactly the same as in the visuals, and I think it was much nicer than in the visuals, the view was exquisite.

The place is very nice and wonderfully equipped. (BBQ, wine glasses, etc.) Everything you need to have a cozy evening. The nearest houses are a few meters away, so you can also sit outside until late and play cards or talk. ́You also have a view of the mountains from the terrace and you can see the sunrise. There are also nice visitors, in the morning the donkey of the village came to visit and in the evening the neighboring cats cuddled to us. There is a very nice restaurant with very hospitable staff (attention best to have cash with you) within walking distance. But for other activities (except hiking of course) you should plan a car. Anett was always easily accessible and thanks to her tips and directions, we had no problems with arrival or departure. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended. Kind regards, P&L

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

We have had a most lovely holiday at Victor's place. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! The house is spacious with three separate floors. The see views from any of the three terraces are gorgeous. A short easy walk takes you to the local beach with bars and restaurants. A small village shop on the way. More shops are a short drive away as well as a bigger town - Bar. The Old Bar is a great tourist attraction very close plus a lot of hiking with more spectacular views. A sand beach only 15 minutes away by car. But it is just so lovely to rest on the terrace of the house. Wi-Fi was really fast, TV with lots of channels in all languages, hot water in showers and comfy seats all around. Laundry, kitchen, etc. all working great to suit a family of six easily. We really loved our holiday. Highly recommended. Oh, and also the tortoises in the a separated part of the garden! An everyday fun of finding and counting them all in the morning.

It was an amazing experience. Almost every room has a toilet and shower (only one room doesn’t, but there is another bathroom next to it specifically for that room). During the summer, it is very comfortable because every room has air conditioning. I visited with my family, and it felt very private. The host(Mentor) was very responsive and open to providing whatever we needed.

We had a fantastic time at Sanja’s place. The apartment is clean and modern, and the views over the water and old town, especially during sunset were amazing. The walk to the beach or old town is a bit hilly but Ulcinj is a very hilly place. Sanja was great and very responsive.

Our stay with Branka was simply beautiful! Branka is the sweetest Host we ever had, she always made us feel very welcomed and helped us with whatever we needed. The Apartment itself was small but charming. Even though it is clearly very old and run down we felt very comfortable. Our biggest highlight was the beautiful beach that is 10 minutes walking from the Apartment, for us it was so much nicer than being on the main beach of Dobra Voda and easier to reach from our place. All in all we recommend the apartment and everything that includes the stay at Brankas beautiful House. (Delicious ice cream and bakery surprises, seasonal fruits from the trees of the garden and a host that makes you feel like a friend.) We hope to have the chance to come back some day!

Martin's apartment is beautiful, very tasteful and furnished with a lot of love. You can tell that it is a place that is important to him and his family - and that's exactly how you can live here. As a family of four, we were able to sleep well and comfortably there and felt very comfortable. The equipment is very good and of high quality. I've never had Silit pans in a vacation apartment. Martin is a very courteous, helpful and dedicated host who took care of everything and all communication was exemplary. The very high level of cleanliness is also particularly noteworthy, something that is very important to me and that is lacking elsewhere. The apartment is fantastic, in the village itself you have to be careful as a pedestrian and in the car with the traffic. Velika Plaža is a great beach (also for children), the restaurant Il Galeone nearby is highly recommended. Thanks for the lovely stay in the great apartment!

Nice simple apartment, the best part is the incredible view of the castle and the ocean from the balcony. Only a short 5 minute walk down to a beautiful beach for swimming. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill, but this was not an issue for me. Highly recommend.

We have nothing but praise for the host and the apartment! The location is fantastic – convenient and perfect for all needs. There’s parking in front and a supermarket right in the building, and plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and entertainment options nearby. Velika Plaza is also very close, as are the Ulcinj city center and the old town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment is extremely clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. But what really stood out was the host – incredibly kind, approachable, proactive and always ready to help. They provided us with so much useful information, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home! As someone who has been working in tourism for many years, I can confidently say that this host sets the standard for exceptional hospitality and is truly one of a kind. We were absolutely delighted, and we can’t wait to return!

This is the best residential experience we have ever had! I was amazed at the beautiful design at a glance. The owner who received us was very enthusiastic and introduced all the facilities carefully. The design of the room is also great, very suitable for the whole family to travel and live in. The surrounding scenery is perfect, especially the most beautiful sunset. I would love to stay there again!

The apartment is newly renovated, 2 bedrooms and a living room (air conditiong in one bedroom and in the living room) plus a fully equipped bathroom and one with only a toilet. It is easy to reach Long beach by car (approx. 5 min), but I recommend the beaches that are 20 min away (Playa Maria, Tortuga, etc.) The location it is very nice.
