Charming cottage - close to the sea and nature

Our charming cabin on Ramsvikslandet can be rented weekly or per night. The cabin is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (of 25 sqm) has 4 sleeping places, of which 2 in sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes walk to swimming on the cliffs or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with possibility to rent a boat, kayak etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Beautifully located on the outskirts of the community, this cottage is located in Le, with its own south facing patio and expansive sea views 75 meters from the cottage. The cabin has a main room with a double bed and a small table, fridge and closet. A separate bedroom with cozy bunk bed and in the entrance there is a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, electric kettle and accessories. A private fresh bathroom with shower in adjacent former school building, possibility to rent additional small cottage with 1.40 bed available. Also outdoor shower and playhouse.

We rent out our newly renovated apartment in the basement of our summer house. The house is centrally located with five minutes walking distance to the sea, swimming, cliffs, the beach street's summer stalls and high class restaurants In addition to seaside experiences, there are plenty of hiking trails and climbing opportunities. 15 min by car from Smögen and Kungshamn

More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing linens are not included but you can do it yourself, hang the bed linens and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive 😊

Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with a private entrance, in our villa. During low season, Sept - May. The apartment is rented minimum 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during the low season. The house is quiet and rural in nice Hunnebostrand. About 2 km to the shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.
