It's a single-family home, not an apartment or villa, so it's very comfortable without worrying about the floor below. It is the closest to Space Walk, and since it is located in Yeongildae, there are many famous raw fish restaurants and famous cafes nearby, and you can take a walk on the beach in just 30 seconds. Barbecue (March-November) is also available in the backyard, and since it is a private house, you can spend a relaxing time with only our group without worrying about the eyes of others. And through the veranda window, you can see yachts and fishing boats coming and going in the port below the accommodation, and on weekends, you can see numerous one-person motorless yachts enjoying the sea of Yeongildae. There is a👉 cold and hot water purifier, so you don't have to carry heavy bottled water.

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.

유투브 검색 "일제강점기 한옥이 세컨하우스로" 하시면 동영상 볼수 있습니다 ‘골말가’의 탄생은 1938년으로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 86년의 세월을 견디어 온 목조 구조는 일부 무너진 곳도 있을 만큼 손봐야 할 곳이 많았습니다. 한옥 기둥과 보는 최대한 원형 그대로를 살렸고, 도저히 살릴 수 없는 부재만 일부 교체하여 과거와 현재가 목구조에서 함께 어울리게 하였습니다. 실내의 모든 공간은 외부 마당과 시각적으로 소통될 수 있도록 신경을 썼습니다. 넓은 욕실 공간은 이 집에서 가장 아늑한 곳이 되도록 설계하였습니다. ‘골말가’에 머무르는 동안 과거와 현재의 만남을 체험하시기를 바랍니다.
