Our guest house with private entrance from the street, and private separate patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the city center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large food store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 minutes to restaurants and bars in the city center and 10-15 minutes to the beach (on foot). Large free parking area right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bedlinen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Duvet and pillow are available.

Apartment of 35 sqm that is completely newly built with nice material choices that are placed in one of our hallands in Småris in the middle between Långasands and Ugglarps havsbad. Outside the door passes a popular walking trail that offers both forest, sea and countryside. It is 900 meters from the beach, and there is both sandy beach and stone logs. There is a large private wooden deck outside the apartment with both morning and evening sun. Adjacent to the accommodation is a lookout spot with seating benches to enjoy the sunset over the sea.

Nature is amazing Here are plenty of activities. Hiking, biking, MTB, SUP, Kite and lovely sandy beaches. Excursion to Ullared (Gekås) Which counts as Europe's largest department store. There it is about 4.6 miles. The cottage is located on our property with a fence between the houses. The cottage is equipped for 6 adults and 2 children. Best suited for 2-6 people. No pets.
