Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ulsan

It was the same view as the photos, and it was a little away from the crowded center of Gwangalli, so it was quiet and nice. There's a hoesen center right nearby, and famous restaurants are within walking distance, so it's nice. Since it was a new construction, all the facilities were clean, but the water pressure was a little weak, and the toilet paper that was provided was too rough, so that was a bit disappointing. I thought it was a new one... and the sofa cover was light, so it looked a little dirty. The bedding was clean, so I rested quietly.

This place was beautiful calm that you can work and rest with local vibe. Very spacious and clean. Host couple were so kind & considerate that brought big computer desk , kitchen tool & easy cleaning machines... Really convinient like your home. It was much better than the photos, and it was clean and comfortable to stay with the kids. It was quiet, the location was good, and there were many convenient facilities. Communication with the host is good and friendly, and the response and resolution are quick. If I can stay in this accommodation at this price, I would choose it again and again. A place that only I want to know about!!!

It's a new apartment, so it's clean. It was well managed and easy to use.

As an ocean view accommodation, it was right in front of Gwangalli Beach, and the surrounding infrastructure was very comfortable during my stay, and the accommodation was clean and I was able to heal comfortably. The host's quick response and quick response were very good. If I travel to Busan again next time, I want to visit here again. I rested well before heading out. 👍 👍

I went home for dinner Warm and bright lights greeted me first. ^^ There were also many cute fresh flowers (pots), and the interior was so nice with clean white & wood tones. There was a Lily coffee machine and capsules, so it was nice to drink coffee, but the most sensible thing was that there was ice in the freezer, so I could drink it as iced coffee! There were a lot of towels, and it was a lodging that had everything, such as disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and even shower towels, so you only had to bring your body! I wanted to visit again if I had the chance.

I visited for 1 night for 13 people on Friday, 25.04.18 -19 Fri. The duvet and pillows were all sufficient and large enough for 13 people. I was also satisfied with the karaoke machine and the fact that it was a private house. I'm willing to revisit!

This is a very great find for Ulsan. It’s right along a river greenway and located near restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There is also 2 bedrooms which came as a nice surprise. All in all, a great little place to stay.

I booked this accommodation for an anniversary with my girlfriend, and I really liked the good atmosphere that you don't often see in Ulsan, and the toiletries, neatly arranged towels, and tableware! And the host is also very kind!It was a very nice accommodation that I would use again if I had the chance!

My wife's hometown is Ulsan, so I go there often, but this time my wife booked this place. I had a bad experience once, so I had no trust in Airbnb, so I kept insisting on staying in a pension, but I was persuaded that I could walk to the beach and the price was good, so I made a reservation. But what a surprise! It was exactly the same as the picture, and the real thing was even more attractive!!!! As soon as I entered the accommodation, it was so pretty and cozy that my wife and children screamed. It was a place that was really amazing. It had everything and was perfect. The terrace was also very spacious, so I ate outside and had a cup of coffee. The wind was so cool that I didn't need the air conditioner. I went to the sea and had a really good time with the kids, catching conch shells and taking a walk. I went back the next evening, and I really liked the different atmosphere from the daytime. We often come to Ulsan, and we plan to visit often in the future. I feel like I'll be here once a month. Thank you so much for letting me use such a good accommodation at a good price. Haha, there is also an ice purifier at this price. I was completely moved. We were able to use both bathrooms, and our kids wanted to keep living here. ^^;; Next time I decorate my house, I want to decorate it like this accommodation, so I take a lot of photos. ^^;; I liked that the sauce was not divided and the main body was left as it was, so I could check the expiration date right away and it was really hygienic. Needless to say, the cleanliness was the best, and I checked the duvet because they said they washed it every day, and it was really fluffy and the texture was so nice. The same goes for towels. In general pensions, towels are often stiff or scratchy, but here, they were prepared abundantly and fluffy like hotel towels, so I was so grateful. There were two dryers, so the kids didn't have to fight to get each other dried. Host~I'll come often~ Next time, I'll ask for a good price!~!! Please remember me ^^

There was only one place I liked because it was a regular pension or accommodation that accommodated my dog for 10 people, and it was a very satisfying trip because it was only a university MT style accommodation to build up, but there was a nice cottage in a secluded countryside village on Airbnb, and it was a very satisfying trip. Airbnb used it on a trip to Europe 10 years ago, and it was my first time using it in Korea, but I was so satisfied that I felt similar to the top star listing at that time.

I went on a trip to Ulsan with my mother, and I was really, really satisfied. The accommodation was literally perfect. First, the cleanliness is really perfect! The floor was clean, the bedding was fluffy, and the bathroom and kitchen were all so tidy that I felt good. From the moment I entered the accommodation, I said, "Oh, I got this place well." The host was also very kind, so he took care of us meticulously from check-in to the end, and he also told us about the nearby local restaurants... We both ate while shouting, "This is the best restaurant in my life." The location of the accommodation was also the best. If you drive a little, you can see Daewangam Park, and it's really beautiful there. As you walk through the cool pine forest, the sea stretches out before you, and you must walk on the suspension bridge with the rocks towering above it. Every time it swayed, I was thrilled, but the sea below was so beautiful that I couldn't take my eyes off it. A much prettier landscape than the picture was waiting for me. 🌊 I've been to Sildo, and the scenery that blends with the lighthouse is really emotional. I walked along the sea and my mother loved it. In addition, Ilsan Beach is close to the accommodation, so if you come again in the summer, you can swim and take a walk nearby, and I think it will be perfect for a summer vacation! I definitely want to come back on my next vacation. ☀️ Healing in nature, resting in a clean and cozy accommodation, and even delicious food... it was a perfect trip to Ulsan. I sincerely recommend this accommodation that made precious memories with my mother. 💙

The puppy loved it so much in the large yard. There were a lot of cats, but the crying puppy was okay because they didn't care about cats, and the cats were so cute. It felt like the countryside, and the chickens cried in the morning. (Our puppy stretched out completely from the car on the way to the house.)

This is the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb! Location was amazing. Home was beautiful. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. If there was a higher rating than 5 that is how I would rate this home! Loved it!!!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The interior design was fantastic, and the relaxing spaces on every balcony were simply amazing. The cleanliness was on par with, or even better than, a 5-star hotel. We were a group of nine people, including adults and children, and the space was more than enough. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. The host’s communication was excellent as well, and the location was super convenient! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

My reviews are delayed I was proud because everyone in my group liked it. That's enough for a group accommodation. Especially, the view is nice. For those who came from Seoul, they just looked at the terrace and went. Also, I really appreciate the consideration of the host who changed the room to a place with a terrace on the first floor.

overall, the place was great! just noted that if you're here for the main/tourist part of Busan, places would be around 1-1.5 hours of public transport away. But with the bus stops nearby, everything was still quite accessible. would get the place if you want a more local neighbourhood experience as there are still a lot of restaurants and markets to explore within the area.

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!

The interior is tidy, and the bed and blanket are very good. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided, so it's convenient. I wanted to use it because there was a gym, but it seemed like I had to contact the host in advance to get a card.. I didn't even tell you in advance, and it was quite late in the afternoon, so I just gave up exercising. If I go next time, I want to contact you in advance and try swimming and gym. The sea is also close, and there are many decent bars on the first floor, so it's good to take a walk with a beer or wine at night.

We loved our stay in the apartment. It was relatively easy to find and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was very spacious and bright. It had all the amenities you could think of. It felt more like staying at a friend's house. The place had everything. It felt very homely. The host was responsive and helpful. The apartment is about a 5-minute taxi ride away from the main historical sights. I would love to stay there again.
