It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

Spend the night in our one bedroom hideaway. The private suite is tucked away on one end of our brick cottage on one of Kingston's prettiest streets. There is NO kitchen in the space, but a mini-fridge, electric kettle and coffee machine. But there are plenty of amazing local food spots for take out / picnics / outdoor seating / indoor seating !

This cozy cottage was perfect for our weekend with two couples. Everything was in place for us to make some of our meals at the house and we so enjoyed the Kingston waterfront with beautiful views and great restaurants. Dawn-Marie was a wonderful host with very helpful instructions left for us and promt responses to any communication.

I enjoyed my stay at Luci house very much. The house has many good amenities (although fyi no microwave) and is conveniently located to Kingston’s various commercial areas. The neighborhood is quiet and the house abuts a beautiful wilderness. Outdoor space is nice although can be buggy, but very peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Diane was very responsive helpful and responsive in securing a last minute reservation for when our plans fell through. Her place was spacious for three adults and super clean with all the amenities we needed. Perfect for a family and nearby restaurants/bars in Kingston.
