An 8-minute walk to the SNCF train station and a short walk to the pedestrian heart of the city and Chartres Cathedral, this elegantly and cozily decorated accommodation is the perfect place to rest after a day of sightseeing or work.

Our reception hours are flexible.

Dovecote transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18m2 (attention many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the property's park with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.

Peaceful haven on the banks of the Eure: the outbuilding of our 19th century house welcomes you for your stay in Chartres. Located in a village 8 minutes' drive from the cathedral (15 minutes' bike ride along the river), you will be in the countryside while enjoying amenities and shops within a 5-minute walk! The room is quiet and very comfortable, the living room opens onto the very bright garden and an equipped kitchen completes this lovely accommodation.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
