Monthly Rentals in Union Point

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and Andrew was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to local attractions—including a charming antique shop. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Walking in the creek was the highlight of our trip and brought so much joy to the kids. Highly recommended! If we can, we’d love to visit again next summer.

It was such a peaceful stay, used the grill and made some steak and loaded baked potatoes. The sounds of the rain hitting the roof was such a vibe. And the shower outside was such a cute idea- topped off the stay. Cannot wait to come back during the warmer weather. Amazing people

As advertised. Had no issues. We were visiting family in the Landing so we didn’t need the amenities. Important to note that the amenities are not available with this air bnb. Had a great time and will certainly stay here again if we need the space!

Appreciated that it was super clean and very convenient to downtown Washington. Soap in the showers would be a nice addition.
