Off-street parking is included along with a lovely kitchenette, dining room, living room, brand new bathroom, & bedroom. We are a family with small children so the occasional noise may be heard upstairs during the day.

Modern Newly Built Carriage House in Prospect

Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

Large studio with one queen bed + basic kitchenette items. Separate entrance + private deck in quiet neighborhood. Restaurants + coffee shops nearby in an area of Boulder known as Gunbarrel. Central Boulder 15 min. Longmont 15 min. Microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric skillet, blender, panini press, bar fridge (no freezer) and sink (in bathroom). Wall mount mini-split air conditioning/heat. No fragrance cleaning. No TV.
