Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

'The Byre' a 1 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

Unique, historic home at Strathcarron, near Skye

The Ticket Office at Strathcarron Station is a luxury self catering apartment on the famous Kyle Line, one of the “Great Railway Journeys”. Enjoy a relaxing break in this two bedroom ground floor disabled friendly apartment. Many original features have been retained and the space has been carefully modernised with ramp access and wet room. Peaceful views to the surrounding mountains and watch the trains right outside! Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Roundwood nestles in the beautiful countryside of the Welsh borders close to the town of Knighton. Roundwood affords glorious views of the Shropshire hills and the Welsh Marches. Roundwood is a smallholding with horses, sheep and chickens who wander in the pastures that surround the accommodation. The Stables is a self contained one bedroom cottage comfortably furnished with a large bathroom, kitchen, lounge and utility room. It has access to a secure dog exercise area and tennis court.

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.

The Barn sleeps up to 7 people, with views over the countryside, a large garden and outdoor bluetooth enabled hot tub, new in August 2021. It's a 'get away from it all' place.
