With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

The Ticket Office at Strathcarron Station is a luxury self catering apartment on the famous Kyle Line, one of the “Great Railway Journeys”. Enjoy a relaxing break in this two bedroom ground floor disabled friendly apartment. Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.
