If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Walkable Cherrywood Loft, close to UT and Downtown

Walking distance to about 2 dozen restaurants / bars / coffee shops, a few blocks away from the UT football stadium and campus, and about 2 miles from downtown... yet tucked away in the nice and quiet neighborhood of Cherrywood (aka French Place). The loft is set back away back from the street with its own walkway and entrance and has a great mix of natural light and shade from the trees. Guests have said many times that the space is much better than the pictures indicate so I took new pictures. They have said the place was beautiful. Everyone has been happy staying here.

The location is perfect if you want to be close to the action, but not IN it.
