In the family house is the condo "Gemütliches Eck" with 30 m² on the beautiful Lake Wörth. The property is located on a hill and can be reached from the main road. Ideal for nature lovers. The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. Our apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the district of Burgrain directly on the golf course and is characterized by the quiet location as well as a fantastic view of the Alps. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and has a living/bedroom, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 2 people with a small child if necessary (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in one room). On the spacious terrace you can linger and barbecue in the summer.
