The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender, 2 TVs. With sauna, garden, terrace.... The reservoir is 3 minutes away by car. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). Guest house, Bongos Pizza and village shop are a 5-minute walk.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

Enjoy life and the view in this peaceful and centrally-located place, where you can unwind. The terrace in front of the kitchen, overlooking the lake, invites you to have breakfast, the second terrace in front of the living/sleeping room, to a "sundowner" at sunset mood, lake view and campfire romance. The property has its own entrance and garden. Free, video-monitored guest parking is available.

Penthouse Obertraum Mountain View Lake Hallstatt

This lovingly designed duplex with covered terrace and large balcony was completely rebuilt in 2022 and offers you everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.

Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.

Das Ferienhaus dasBergblick liegt in ruhiger Lage und bietet jede Menge Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre mit direktem Blick auf den Hohen Sarstein. Die Ausseerland-Seen und das "Loser" Skigebiet sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar - Schneeschuhwanderungen, Spaziergänge sowie Radtouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
