Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Upper East Side, Manhattan

Definitely a place to go If you are on business and you need to place to stay closer. If you want to have a "self-cation", alone time away from spouse and kids. The host was very respectful, very nice! The place was immaculate. Side entrance. it is private section of the house. My husband and I did a get away date night there. It was great, however it is a home overall. We treated our date adult night like we were in our home with the kids 😂. Bed is comfortable for sleeping. Definitely recommend for a peace, quiet, Zen get away. If you looking for 50 shades, or Vegas activities, you can't do that there. If you do book place, be respectful. You behave like you are short staying with family. My grandma passed, she definitely gave my husband and I nostalgia when we were 19. Literally We willingly spent 20-30 mins of our "date away" Having a conversation with her outside at 2am, and with a bnb time is money. That's saying something.

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

Denia’s home felt like home. For my family and I, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. With the proximity to NYC and quietness of North Bergen, a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for everything once again.

If you need space this is your place! So much room and fully equipped! Loved that the half bathroom was downstairs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali and Patrick’s Airbnb in Jersey City! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. Their local recommendations were spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. The place itself was beautiful—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and cookware we could ask for. This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

From booking to checkout Micaela’s AirBnB was awesome. Micaela was very responsive & accommodating to our needs. She was flexible & a great host. This might have been our favorite rental in our 11 trips to NJ. Very cozy. Loved everything. 5 star. Highly recommend.

Vered the host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive from the first minute we spoke. The place is extremely clean, cozy, and in a very nice neighbourhood. The area is also safe and very close to the airport and away from the business of the borough. I'll be staying there in the future again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

Amazing spot - great location, comfy bed, very functional and well-designed space, and even has its own private outdoor patio. Rob was an excellent host. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in NYC.

Excellent value for the space (felt luxuriously big for Manhattan!) and the location. Large windows provided lots of natural light. The neighborhood is very lively (noisy at night sometimes) w/a grocer on almost every corner and unlimited options for food. Close (but not too close) to Times Square. And midtown is a great starting point for so many destinations. The apartment could use some upgrades/tlc, but we appreciated the comfy bed & sofa, a well- equipped kitchen and extra niceties like an umbrella and a full ice tray :) Doormen were always friendly, very quiet neighbors and we felt 100% secure. Prompt response when we had a key fob issue and Xavi is warm and friendly. Overall great stay!

Emily’s spot was perfect. It felt like I had my own apartment in New York City for the few days I was there. Emily was a great host - super responsive and a pleasure to communicate with! I’d 100% stay again when I’m back in NYC

Great location, and the place was huge for NYC! We loved being able to walk everywhere, and there were so many great restaurants only a few blocks away. Check in was very flexible also! Would come back again!

We stayed at the apartment for six nights. The apartment seemed large for a studio. The location was terrific. There is a great variety of restaurants within a block or two. Subway stations were within several blocks. The apartment was clean and well equipped, although we didn't use the kitchen due to the convenience and proximity of good restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe at all hours. Lisa was a good communicator -- she always responded, if not immediately, certainly within an hour or two. The apartment was a good choice for our New York visit, and we would gladly stay there again.

Sharda’s place was beautiful and looked just like the listing! The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot! The neighborhood is very walkable with 2 subway stops within blocks of the apartment. The building felt safe and secure. We had a small hiccup with communication on the first day with dropping off our luggage but Sharda was apologetic and quickly resolved the issue! Would definitely stay there again
