Sie wohnen in einer lichtdurchflutenden Wohnung mitten in der Stadt in der Bestlage am Festungsberg. Ruhig und zentral 10 Min. in die Stadt und 15 Min. zur Veste. Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küche ohne Spülmaschine, Schalfzimmer 1,60m x2m Doppelbett; beides mit Ausgang zur ca. 22qm großen Terrasse. Bad mit übergroßer Wanne und ebenerdiger Dusche mit Granit gefliest. Da es sich um eine Souterrainwohnung handelt ist diese durch eine Eingangstreppe mit 15 Stufen zu erreichen. Bitte dies zu beachten.

Ski season is open! About 20 km away is the Wagner and World Heritage city of Bayreuth. Muckenreuth is located on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate and is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. Your dog is also welcome on the fenced, 1600 sqm garden plot. Wi-Fi, sauna, hot tub and table tennis are available free of charge. The pool and sauna are exclusively available for you. Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone.
