Monthly Rentals in Upper Newport Bay

It was wonderful to stay here. The host, PC, was really nice. I was on a solo trip and it was great to find a place where I felt safe. I had a nice and spacious room, everything was clean. The location was great, close to restaurants and a mall. I will definitely stay here in the future. I 100% recommend it.

I had the most comfortable stay at Arlene's condo. The place is adorable, I felt safe being in a gated community, and the location is perfect! It's located close to Fashion Island, the beach, and is down the street from great restaurants. Arlene was very communicative, asked for feedback, and was very flexible in my needing to extend my stay. She responded and was always very helpful. I would definitely book again. I had a lovely time and wish I could've stayed longer.

This place was great and they thought of everything I would’ve needed. Comfy bed and bedding with lots of pillows! Convenient outlets for charging. Several mirrors including a full length mirror. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Privacy- I really only saw them once or twice. The place is right on the bus line which was super easy to use. I enjoyed my time and would recommend. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe in the neighborhood.
