Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)
