Jolie dépendance au calme avec petite chambre, séjour avec canapé convertible pour depannage. Micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain, frigo pour vos petits déjeuner. Bien qu'il n'y ai pas de cuisine une terrasse plein sud privative avec son jardinet et un barbecue vous permettront de prendre vos petits déjeuner et vos repas improvisés en toute quiétude. Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni. Je peux vous proposer gracieusement 2 vélos. Il est interdit de fumer dans le logement.

Notre logement avec extérieur est niché au calme, loin des axes routiers, sans nuisance sonore. Le studio se situe dans notre propriété avec entrée indépendante et aucun espace partagé. Il offre une chambre spacieuse avec télévision et connexion wifi. Un coin repas sera à votre disposition ainsi qu’un panier de bienvenue. La cuisine est équipée d’un four, d’un micro-ondes, d’une plaque de cuisson et d’un réfrigérateur. La salle de bain vous offre une douche, un wc et un lavabo.

By following the Seine from "Le Petit Andely", you will arrive in two minutes at the hamlet of "Ecorchemont" where, in a wooded setting at the foot of the cliffs, you will find an independent house that can accommodate three people. This B&B is located in Ecorchemont, a small hamlet alongside the Seine river, very close to "Les Andelys". A peaceful place between white cliffs and river, planted with trees. We can accommodate three people in an independent house.

The refuge of the seasons

A stay with us guarantees a peaceful break in the countryside. A pleasant setting with a swimming pool (open from July 1st to September 15th only), a terrace, and a large garden full of surprises. We are on the edge of a forest offering many walking opportunities. The accommodation is located on our property, where our house is also located. The accommodation is fully independent. It has its own entrance and exit. It is not shared with other guests.

Our accommodation can accommodate a couple or family of up to 4 people. 5 minutes' drive to the center of Lisieux and its Basilica, 15 minutes to Cerza Zoo and 25 minutes to the beaches (Deauville, Trouville), enjoy the calm of the countryside while remaining close to amenities. Enjoy the garden to rest, or discover the hiking trail passing behind us, the stud farms and orchards, the local products of our neighbors or the nearby cider houses!

You won't leave your room to enjoy it. The pool is in front of our home, the apartment is in the lower part of our house. We leave our tenants alone in the water as much as possible to respect everyone's privacy.
