Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

C’est une jolie cave voûtée rénovée en plein centre de Rouen dans un très bel immeuble en pierre de taille situé à 100m de la place du vieux marché. Détendez-vous dans le jacuzzi et le Sauna pour vous offrir une parenthèse chaleureuse et intime dans ce lieu atypique .
