Beachfront holiday rental in Uppsala County

Beautiful island house in nature with large terrace, (warm) outdoor shower and outdoor toilet with water views! During the Swedish summer holidays there are numerous ferry connections and on the main island some restaurants, from mid-August at least the Coop. Unfortunately, the beach house is not part of the rental, but a nice large jetty. The house is better accessible by boat than via the forest path.

Thank you so much Thorbjörn for the most gorgeous stay. Me and my two best friends had an incredible holiday in the beautiful and clean cabin by the water. We loved our morning swims, the outdoor showers, al freso dining, and fresh eggs. We enjoyed exploring the island and finding different swimming spots each day. The cabin is easy to get to via the local ferry, where we also were able to go to Möja to rent kayaks. I have recommended this cabin to all my friends and I would go back!

Very nice cottage with a quiet and beautiful location. Agneta is also a nice and helpful host. The house also has most of what you need. A great option for those who want to visit wonderful Öregrund!

Beautiful location with great views from the house and sauna.

I, my husband and our three adult children spent a weekend in the warehouse - plenty of room for all of us. It was the first real summer days of the year, so we spent a lot of time in the garden. There was a dip in the lake too! The nature in the area is very peaceful with peacocks strolling around. And an extra bonus was the fantastic venison we could buy on the farm. We'd love to come back here!

When we arrived, we were met by Lotten. She showed us the accommodation. In the refrigerator, there was lettuce, ham and cheese, as well as Lotten's own carrots and Pak Choi. Lotte had also baked bread that we enjoyed for breakfast. Super delicious. The last morning was sunny and it was wonderful to sit outside and eat breakfast. The country of the lot and the birdsong gave a calm where we could have sat for many hours. The pulse went down at Vinkeltorp. Before departure, we were invited to this year's Konstrunda, as Lotten is an artist. Fantastic paintings and sculptures. If you are looking for a peaceful accommodation with a long distance to shops and necessities, this is perfect. We thank Lotten and her husband Bosse for their welcome that made us feel at home. Comfortable and beautiful home away from downtown on a car-free island. Getting to the mainland in Pendelbåti went well.

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Thank you!

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

For nature lovers a dream, we had squirrels from time to time on the balcony. Deer who ran by at your doorstep. The trip to the island itself was also always very relaxing with the ferry. Shopping nearby. Tomas took great care of us and if what happened, he immediately made an effort to arrange. We were well received and looked after by an employee on site, he also gave us great tips for the area just great thank you. We were welcome and well taken care of, it couldn't be better. Beautiful house, in a fabulous location. When we arrived, the house was all lit up with Christmas lights - it felt really cosy, warm and inviting. Jani was there to meet us when we got there to show us around the house and the facilities (hot tub and saunas). As we were there for Christmas, we were delighted to see the kitchen had all the pots and pans needed, plus loads of serving dishes. It was perfect! It’s a beautiful house, and one which we look forward to visiting in the summer some year to make use of the swimming pool.

If you could give 10 stars, we would. The place is fantastic. Even nicer than in the pictures. Helena and Magnus are wonderful hosts who leave nothing to be desired. Whether sauna, a hot bath in the Jacuzzi or the best tips for the area, you get everything from them. For us an absolute plus: the cozy construction trailer, a few meters to the lake and - oh - just everything.

Really lovely stay! Beautiful views and hosts were incredibly welcoming and generous with the outside spaces we could use. A few building works ongoing (no noise just visible) but did not detract from the stay and we had a really brilliant time - would very much recommend, home very well equipped and brilliant communication with hosts for any issues or questions.

We had a really great time at the stuga! The view is amazaing and we couldn't get enough of the view over the water and islands! The inside of the house is comfortable and it is more spacious than it appeares on the fotos online. Robert and Pia are very friendly hosts and are very easy to reach. Thank you so much for this wonderful time!

We spent a wonderful long summer weekend at Niklas’ place on Arholma. The house is located just a couple of minutes from the ferry stop on the south side of the island (Granö, Arholma) and within walking distance of a small sandy beach. The house is equipped with everything we needed and Niklas was really helpful when we had questions. We greatly appreciated the offer to borrow bikes and can highly recommend booking the sauna at Österhamn. Thanks again for the nice stay!

Choose this home for privacy, nature experiences, or a romantic or relaxing weekend with friends or family. Everything went super smoothly in communication with Sofia and we got exactly what we paid for. We would be more than happy to come back!

Even nicer than where the listing photos show. A spacious loft with everything you need. Good quality in all furniture. Comfortable beds. Proper roller blinds and a window with mosquito net. Good kitchen equipment, spices, etc. Own toilet and shower in the loft which worked well. Cozy garden with nice views over gardens. Nice and thoughtful host.

Second stay here and loved it again, shall definitely be returning.
