Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about 40 minutes drive . Easier Livs about 5 km away.

Train station is about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. By car, it takes about 30-35 minutes. Free parking. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from a jetty that has a swimming area. In the house, there is both a sauna and a fireplace and two tiled stoves that enhance the stay.

There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.
