Spacious house with pool (heated from June), wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom and lake view. The lake below the house has nice cliffs and a diving board. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Small house with four beds, 19 sqm stargazing tent with five beds. Great for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house needs to be included in the booking. Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and a private barbecue area right by the lake. The forest is just outside the door, so it is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & ice skating in the winter for those interested. The nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafés & pharmacies are about 10 minutes away by car. Uppsala city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that go directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.
