Great for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house needs to be included in the booking. Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and a private barbecue area right by the lake. The forest is just outside the door, so it is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & ice skating in the winter for those interested. The nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafés & pharmacies are about 10 minutes away by car. Uppsala city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that go directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.
