The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Free parking, Free WiFi and a smart TV in each room where you can access any streaming services you have. 3 beds & 1 futon. Loved the stay at Illinois Bungalow -The property was located in a safe neighborhood close to campus and was tastefully decorated to capture the Illini spirit. The house was very clean and things were neatly organized. The kitchen was well stocked with required pots & pans and dishes. The artwork and other items in the house made us feel cozy. Rachel is a very caring and thoughtful host and was very prompt in her communications. She provided clear instructions to check-in and check-out. Will definitely consider staying here again if we happen to be in the area.

Great stay! We visited for about a week and my sister lives a few houses over so we used this airbnb as our “crash pad” and it was perfect for that. It’s in a great area with plenty that you can walk to- parks, the university, coffee shops, the library, etc. It’s an older house with a few steps and steep stairs to the basement so I’d be careful if you are on the clumsier side. Overall, nice house! We’d stay here again.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Tatiana’s house! We got there in a rain storm, easily got right in, and were transported into a beautiful, inviting and spacious home. Undoubtedly the kitchen was the gathering place for the entire weekend. All the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well, which is always a tell tale sign for a great stay away from home.

This place was great. It was cute, clean and just like the description. The artwork was an added bonus. We cooked dinner and brunch in the kitchen and easily found what we needed. The location was fabulous. 3 minutes from the Virginia Theater where my daughter graduated and 4 minutes from Ko-Fusion where we ate afterwards. 6 of us stayed there with no problems. We drank coffee and wine on the front porch and we even brought our dog. She loved the fenced in yard. Wish we found this place sooner!
