We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful, better than the pictures. The backyard with pool the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink. Antonio was very responsive. The town is charming and full of hidden restaurant and cafes with amazing food. Location is great to travel to all parts of the island. We had a great time.

Three of us spent a good week in the finca and enjoyed the time. Great location outside of Arta, 5 minutes by car from Arta. Everything was sparkling clean, the house very comfortable with spacious bathrooms and pleasantly warm even in the still cool season due to the underfloor heating. This is not self-evident for similar houses/fincas. Kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is clean and nicely laid out, but was not used by us (!), but was still a little chilly. The sauna is heated with wood and needs at least as advertised. 4 hours to heat up. Offers space for 4 people safely comfortably. Communication with Inken was always very straightforward, Inken always responded quickly. Minor issues were quickly resolved. The technology of the entrance gate didn't always work right away, but should be replaced soon. I can recommend the finca without restrictions.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

I highly recommend this Airbnb stay! Communication with the host from the beginning was extremely friendly and straightforward. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained, and everything you need for a comfortable stay was thought of. The location was very good, especially if you want to experience a quiet stay. Check-in went smoothly, and we immediately felt comfortable. I especially liked the fact that the host gave me great tips for the area. All in all it was the perfect place for a getaway – we felt like at home. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Our group of five adults and a toddler loved our stay here. The house is massive, cool, well-equipped and with tons of special amenities that gave it a unique touch. Petra is a sweet little town with everything you need just a block over in the main plaça, and accessible to the rest of the island. The hosts were above and beyond communicative and provided us with extras for our little one to ensure our stay was optimal. Would come here again in a heartbeat!

Great location of the house. Incredible silence and nature. Plenty of space for groups of friends or a nice quiet holiday on the island. Great communication!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Villa Rosa. The villa really has everything you need, was very clean and was very spacious. Laura was very helpful with recommendations and really cared about our wellbeing all the time!

Had a great time at Andrea and Detlev's apartment! Great hosts and great communicators.....very responsive and nice! I highly recommend this rental. The location is great. Walking distance to a boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Great sunsets! 30 minutes in either direction by car takes you to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Recommend Playa De Muro and Cala Millor. We were greeted by Maria, who is also wonderful. She had fresh fruit and water waiting for us when we arrived. She helped make our stay perfect. Jaime, who helps with the house maintenance, was great also. The bar-b-que grill was out of propane gas and he drove to the apartment, after hours, and delivered us a new tank. The apartment was well equipped with cookware and washer and dryer. We were able to prepare a few meals there and wash our clothes before checking out. All in all, a great experience!! Mallorca is beautiful!! Just left today and I miss it already. Hope to return.

The place was just as beautiful as the pictures! Stayed at this property for the first time, but it won't be the last. The communication has largely taken place with Susanna, she had also really warmly welcomed us in the accommodation and took care of everything that might not have been 100% right from the start. That made the vacation almost perfect! 😁 I am always happy to work with Paula Massa's team.☺️

Beautiful house in a wonderfully quiet location with sea views and sea access. Beaches within walking distance. We had a great time - good place to relax and read - and would come back.

Great accommodation in a quieter area of Can Picafort. If you want to be a bit off the beaten path, this is the place to be. Wonderful roof terrace with sea view🌊 The layout of the Airbnb is practical, as you have the living room / kitchen separately downstairs and a great little outdoor area with shade. Everything is clean, we would definitely come again😊

We had to find a place last minute to stay as our felt through and I cannot say how lucky we were to find this place. extremely clean and probably one of the best AIRBNB we have stayed -we travel a lot-. They go above and beyond to provide everything you need. the location is amazing. our favorite beach was less than 10 minute car ride. we had a problem with the remote of one of the bedrooms AC units and the owner came right away to provide a new one. Juan, also, was very patient with me as I didn't read all the check in instructions accurately 🙃 and he was on the phone with us answering all our questions even after hours. The place not only is extremely clean, very well restocked of plates, cups, kitchen utensils, pans, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lots of very helpful small appliances, hangers for your clothes, but also located in an amazing spot. you can see the best sunsets and sunrises. We cannot recommend this place more.

Can't wait to return. Comfy beds, quiet location, superb restaurant a short walk away. Excellent communication 😎

Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open

The location was fantastic, right on the water away from busy touristy places. We swam every morning right from the house, and there were nice little beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful house, everything we needed was there. Nice linens, nice beds, nice bathroom, kitchen fully equipped. Good parking for rental and guest car; neighbors quiet and nice. Michele is a very nice guy; very friendly and met us and answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. When we had questions during our stay he always responded right away. He was very flexible out our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay at Michele's again and recommend it to family and friends.

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Would highly recommend booking with her and staying at this beautiful house! There were plenty games and activities at the house to keep our group busy + entertained.

The space was as advertised in the pictures is very peaceful and private. It’s a bit difficult to get in the ocean directly out the back door but a possible alternative is to walk two minutes down to the Sandy Beach to get in the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked And the fresh fish you can get at the supermarket and cook yourself is delicious. The washer and drying machine are located enclosed outside and work well we had no issues with any of the facilities working as advertised. You are on the ground floor with this unit and there is another unit above you. You have your separate entrance and space though. Air-conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the main room work very well.

We were there with our adult children - the house is very high quality renovated and stylishly furnished, as seen in the photos - the daybed was a highlight and we enjoyed the stay very much. Marga/Anna responded promptly and kindly to our questions. The place is very quiet and offers everything for a nice vacation with great restaurants, beautiful beach and good location for excursions.

Everything was perfect, this place so special ! It is such a peaceful and well design home by the sea. My family had a wonderful stay in this quiet and welcoming little village People who live here are so kind, we really liked the supermarket near the beach and the restaurants around. It was a nice spot to run by the shore or swim in the calm and clear water in the morning. The sunset on the rooftop terrasse is stunning. We loved to start our day by sipping a coffee while we watch the sea all together The kids enjoyed the pool, the outside shower and the games.The house was very clean and carefully prepared. We loved to stay in Hayley’s beach house! We are a family of four and there was plenty of room both inside; with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room - all equiped with AC. And outside there were several beautiful places to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean, the beach and nice surroundings. Our favourite hang out in the evenings were the roof terass. You walk to the beach in a couple of minutes, the sand and water was lovely - the kids totally loved it. A couple of nice restaurants and small local supermarkets were also within walking distance. We can warmly recommend to stay here!

The cottage is in a very quiet area, no big hotels, almost no traffic (in April!) , nice cottages in the neighborhood (all of which were still empty). The property is very large, not insightful, great equipment with sun loungers, table tennis table, Kustrasen. Wirlpool. Everything in great condition! Kitchen well equipped, everything is there. (In the fridge there was a cake and one bottle of water and wine waiting for us!:)) Close to the beach / coast. Nice for hiking. Unfortunately, the construction site next door was the construction site next door. But the house will probably be ready soon and at least in the evening and on weekends there was peace. The landlords are easily accessible, friendly. Everything worked out great with the key box. We will be happy to come back!
