Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) rented at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically close to the seaside. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes of walking away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (sleeps 2). Max 6 persons.

Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Cabin with annex is unashamedly located at the end of dead end road, west facing and sunny on a plateau with a great view. Private bathing area and swimming with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Great hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going on a visit to Sørland or in the Zoo, this is a great option.
