We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Тихое место, красивые окрестности, рядом пляж. Очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот дом, обязательно вернёмся еще! Отдельная благодарность Марии за доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

The owner lives right next to the house, so everything is easily accessible and communication is always smooth. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you might need. There are also two dogs on the property — they completely won my husband’s heart! Overall, it’s a little oasis where you feel detached from the city hustle and embraced by nature. One day during our stay, we were even treated to a homemade pie! Everything here feels very warm and family-like. We definitely recommend it :)

Это настоящий идеальный домик в деревне с потрясающим видом, где каждая деталь пропитана уютом. Тёплое и мягкое постельное бельё, пушистые одеяла — словно объятия заботливой бабушки. Кухня на первом этаже — настоящая деревенская сказка: красивая, уютная, душевная. Хозяин и его семья удивительно радушны и гостеприимны. Здесь мы отдохнули не только телом, но и душой, почувствовав себя как дома.

The house is amazing! It is an old traditional Georgian house, very clean and with a lot of light. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days. It is very quiet there, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Alexander is a wonderful host! He prepared fruit and bread to welcome us and explained how to find the place.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Слушайте все, мы долго выбирали, решали и вообще, искали, это один из лучших отдыхов в жизни, всё чудесно, вид на море, расположение, вышел и вот через 1 минуту - море, территория. Хочется отметить отдельное спасибо за то, какие подушки пышные, пахнущие, новые, в апарт-отеле есть даже парогенератор (вместо утюга, если кто не знал, мы правда ни разу не достали, но главное он есть😂), при заселении даже был фумигатор от комаров, правда мы привезли свой, но очень было приятно, что хозяин аппартаментов такой заботливый. Всё в этих аппаратах впечатляет. При заселении был чай, масло подсолнечное, соль и сахар. Чайник без накипи, новый или вода такая хорошая, неизвестно, воду пить вроде можно из крана, мы пили, готовили, всё классно. С нами ребёнок 1,4 месяца, нам всё очень понравилось со стороны сдающих эту квартирку вопросов вообще нет, умнички.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Все очень понравилось! Переживали что это все таки орби волна и может быть шумно или долго ждать лифт - ничего подобного. Было комфортно, тихо, шумоизоляция хорошая, на лифт нет очередей, расположение супер! В кв все чисто, очень уютно, супер удобная кровать, матрац, подушки, просто лег и сразу уснул. Куча всяких светильничков атмосферных, красивая посуда. Техника вся работала исправно. Чистые полотенца, вид шикарный, рядом есть магазины и 3 мин до пляжа. Прямо напротив большой Молл. То что есть Netflix прям супер, советую сериал «Сирены» глянуть)) Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, расписала супер подробно как заселиться. Заселение и выселение самостоятельное. Даже разрешила нам побыть в номере подольше в день выселения, чтобы мы не таскались с чемоданами на жаре. Рекомендую!! И обязательно если приедем ещё раз арендуем эту кв ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Anatoliy’s flat in Batumi. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials a traveler could need. The location was perfect, with a stunning view from the balcony. Anatoliy was a fantastic host—he welcomed us personally and even brought delicious cookies by his wife Aleksandra. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

If you're looking for a cozy place near the sea, Zaza's cottage is ideal. It matches the photos, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with small cottages nestled in the heart of the forest.

Nako is the best host. A new and clean house with a beautiful and cozy yard. Close to the beach, the best location. Everything in the house is clean and new. I recommend everyone to visit Nako

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Прекрасный дом. Всё идеально чисто и аккуратно. Очень отзывчивая, спокойная и лёгкая хозяйка, помогала во всём и подготовила для нас очень много дров, как мы и просили. Поэтому у большого, тёплого камина мы сидели каждый вечер по несколько часов в классных удобных креслах и лежали на ковре. Вообще всё очень продуманно в доме, везде столики, стульчики, в любом месте можно с комфортом устроиться. Вокруг свежий воздух и тишина. Море в двух шагах через красивый пролесок - настоящий кайф. Уезжать не хотелось настолько, что серьёзно подумывали о том, чтобы спалить паспорта))

Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!

Die Unterkunft von Inga war einfach super. Ruhig gelegen mit einem fantastischen Blick! Alles ist genauso, wie beschrieben. Wir kamen erst gegen 23 Uhr an und Inga hat uns noch freundlich empfangen. Vom Zentrum von Batumi zum Guesthouse kann man unproblematisch ein Taxi/Bolt nehmen. Auch zum Guesthouse finden die Taxifahrer gut. Es empfiehlt sich die letzten 100 Meter zum Guesthouse zu laufen und die Taxifahrt an der Kreuzung mit der Kirche zu beenden. Das gleiche sollte man auch machen, wenn man sich ein Taxi ruft. Inga ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Abschied sogar noch eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. :)

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, when we visited Batumi. We really liked that it was very easy to check-in/check-out and the hostess was very helpful with instructions and addressed promptly our requests! Location is very cool, because you could easily access beach, Old Town and other cool places. I would definitely recommend this apartment for short to mid-term trips.
