The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. V bližini sta tudi reki Kolpa in Krka, ki sta v poletnih mesecih priljubljeni destinaciji za kopanje in turizem. Pozimi pa se lahko odpravite kopati v termalni vrelec KLEVEVZ, kjer ima voda vedno 24 stopinj.
