Holiday rentals with a patio in Ortisei, Italy

The apartment is very clean. It consists of one large bedroom with large comfortable bed and another small room with the two small beds. The bathroom I see it as one only (one for shower and two sinks - no toilet-, the other is only toilet and a sink). The cleanliness of the place is the main highlight, it is very clean. Don’t forget the peace that you will experience during your stay and the quietness since that the apartment is located in the ZTL area and close to protected buildings and very beautiful to walk on the neighborhood. Friendly people and beautiful nature surrounded us during this stay. The balcony is another big highlight as you can sit there forever just to admire the nature. We checked-in at late night and Dietmar was responsive and ensured that we got in the apartment. The kitchen also had what we needed of oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, tools in general and soap. We really enjoyed the apartment. It’s clean and spacious with two lovely balconies that both have excellent views. We enjoyed Bressanone a lot, it’s a beautiful town. Highly recommend going to the Plose Mountain 🏔️ for a hike. There’s a lunch place called Rossalm Alm that’s about a 45 minute easy hike to from the gondola 🚠 that has excellent food and wine and stunning views The bus stop is close to the apartment so getting anywhere is very convenient. The restaurant at Hotel Krone which is close by has wonderful pizzas 🍕 We wished we had stayed another day or two.

Beautiful stylish and cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Uncomplicated communication, great area, lots of hiking opportunities, city and nature both just around the corner. The peace and quiet when you sit on the balcony and look out over the vineyards is very grounding, just the right place to recharge your batteries!

We were able to spend a week at Martina's and were more than satisfied. Super cozy, accurately clean and inviting apartment that is absolutely worth the price. The communication went smoothly and you felt very well taken care of. Reinswald is small but very, very nice. If you like to hike or ski or simply want to relax, you are in the best of hands here. In the evening, you can enjoy the silence and the wonderful view from the sunny terrace during the day, and in the morning you will be awakened with such beautiful fresh air and cow bells. Unmistakably charismatic. We thank you once again and wish you all the best. We will be happy to come back.

We loved Ciasa Aidin- the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location that was easy walking to the slopes. The views are spectacular! Petra was so helpful and always responded quickly to any question we had. The beds are comfortable and loved the down quilt. We plan on coming back. My husband is an architect and h loved the place.

Nice place to stay close to Tre Cime, which we wanted to reach early! The accommodation is peaceful, very easy to access, welcoming and clean. It feels good! Great restaurant Agriturismo Cortes Ranch a few minutes' drive away! Thanks to Daniela and Roberto for their responsiveness!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Also really spacious and beautifully designed interior, plenty of small pretty details. We're so happy we chose this place, thank you 😍

The apartment is beautiful and better than the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, in addition to a washing machine and an iron if needed. There is also a beautiful garden in the building with a llama. The host is helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The view from the balcony was unforgettable and very wonderful. I will definitely come back to it if I visit Italy. I recommend it.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

It was a very nice stay.

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. Wish I had had more time to stay here, mil grazie Luciana!

Beautiful Art Nouveau suite in prime location in Merano. Very nicely renovated with a love for detail. Everything was sparkling clean. Totally centrally located, walking distance to the old town of Merano and Tappeinerweg. Breakfast downstairs in the cafe, was well organized. Contact with the landlady was helpful and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very good time, the house is really nice and in a very quiet location, surrounded by apple plantations. We went with the dogs so it was an ideal location. The lady who welcomed us was really very nice and kind! Spacious, clean house with everything you need. Recommended

Great, clean, comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Only thing I wish was better was the online check in website didn’t function great for me and took me about 20 mins to get all my information and passports loaded.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the smallest details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. In general, it was a wonderful experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

Beautiful accommodation located on the first floor above a pizzeria that allows you to eat until late. Very nice apartment, Hannes welcomed us and even helped us by asking the restaurant below if we could leave the car in the parking lot since we were only staying one night! He even surprised us by leaving us sausage, wine and homemade honey! Very kind of him! I recommend it 100% you will not be disappointed! I'll come back if I'm in the area! Super nice!
