All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

La Locanda dispone de cuatro casitas distribuidas en un jardín arbolado. Cada una cuenta con dormitorio con a.c, baño, cocina y jardín de invierno con estufa a leña. Ubicada en una zona tranquila, rodeada de fauna y flora, a 500 m de la playa (10 min caminando). Las construcciones son artesanales construidas por sus dueños Adri y Tato, con interiores en barro y techo vivo que le ofrecen al interior buen aislamiento térmico y calidez particular. Villa Toscana I - Tina, piscina, hermosas vistas

Esta casa con tina nórdica y piscina ofrece mucha comodidad y privacidad, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar de vistas panorámicas y espectaculares atardeceres, al estar ubicada en un punto único, sin casas por delante y con pocas casas vecinas (aspecto que la distingue). La piscina climatizada (28 a 31º) está habilitada de octubre a abril, y la tina nórdica (hasta 42º), se puede disfrutar durante todo el año, al contar con caldera a leña. **Consultar por la piscina en mayo y setiembre.
