Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Stylish Newly renovated stone cottage in beautiful Tranquil surroundings of meadow and ancient woodland. Tropical gardens flank the pool which overlooks the pasture where mares and foals quietly graze. The Tiki bar and garden lounge offer space to relax on rustic hand made furniture while the 60 acres of woodland trails offer lovely walks and picnic opportunities. Ideally situated 3 km from the bastide town of Monpazier and it's restaurants and cafes, and an array of interesting Artisan shops.

Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.
